DIY Sugar Scrub
4 Easy Ingredients

Here is a really simple recipe to make your DIY Sugar Scrub.

DIY Sugar Scrub by Glitter Lambs- Beauty Tips
Grab a bowl and add 1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar.

Add 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar to the bowl.

Add 1/3 Cup of Coconut Oil to the bowl.

Add 5-10 Drops of Your Favorite Essential Oil to the bowl.
Such as:
Vanilla
Wintergreen
Honeysuckle
Grapefruit
Orange
Lemon
Lavender
Lime
Mandarin
Nutmug

Mix all the ingredients up with a spoon. Then pack your sugar scrub into a jar and put a lid on it and then sit it next to your sink. You can use this to wash your hands the next time your at the sink.
Just scoop out a small amount and rub it all over your hands. Rub the mixture over your skin to remove dry or dead skin. Then rinse the sugar scrub off and dry your hands. Your hands will feel nice and soft after this scrub. The coconut oil will hydrate your hands and leave behind smooth skin.

Sugar granules are good for exfoliating your skin and getting the dead skin cells off. You can also use this in the shower but please take extra caution that you do not slip in the shower. The coconut oil can make your shower floor slippery.

You could actually leave out the essential oil and just use the coconut oil with the brown sugar only. This smells really good and has the same effect. I actually love the smell of the brown sugar. However, it just won't leave behind a scent when you rinse it off. The essential oil is what leaves behind a smell so if you omit that then you won't have a lingering smell left on your hands. The coconut oil will stay on your hands and make them soft.

Just spray it in your hair and your good to go. Smells so good you might mistake your hair for long strands of spun sugar. Sweet smelling sugar hair! It can't get no better than that!

This smells like a mix of cotton candy with something else. It's almost like a candy factory only it's in your hair. If you like the smell of sugary sweets then you will love this. Give it a try and see for yourself.

How To Remove Fingernail Polish

 How To Remove Fingernail Polish

Okay, this sounds like a no-brainer, but honestly I had no idea that this one little switch up of how I take my fingernail polish off would work so well. I have always used toilet paper or cotton balls to take my nail polish off and the toilet paper would fall apart and I would have to get more and more and more. The cotton balls were not all that great either.

So I was walking by the kitchen and thought hey I will grab this roll of paper towels to take my nail polish off this time. The paper towel worked so well that I couldn't believe it! Why have I not thought of this before! The paper towels are sturdier and will hold up better. Usually it takes awhile to take all my nail polish off, but when I used the paper towel it came off so fast. I was sitting there in shock thinking I have been doing this all wrong.

Maybe you already knew this, but I learned something new today! Paper towels are my nails new best friend.

How To Make Your Hair Smell Good All Day Long Using "Juicy Couture" Viva La Juicy Perfume

How To Make Your Hair Smell Good All Day Long

Wouldn't it be great to have awesome smelling hair all day long? I'm talking so sweet that when you walk by people, they can smell it. Try spraying your perfume or body spray directly into your hair. Flip your hair over and saturate it with your perfume or you could spray it into your hair brush, and then brush your hair with it. You will find that your hair will still be leaving a trial of smell behind you long after the day is over. The perfume really soaks into the hair and holds on. If you really want this to set in majorly then straighten your hair after you spray it. It will literally heat the perfume into each stand of hair. I don't do this very often, just once in a great while.

There is a certain amount of alcohol content in perfume, so if you already have extremely dry hair you might not want to do this, because it could dry your hair out even more. Personally, I have never had a problem the perfume drying my hair out but then again I don't do this all the time.

I have very thick hair and treat it with Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine Moroccan Oil Treatment. It's for frizzy dry hair. This stuff is amazing. I use this stuff every single time I get out of the shower and I apply it to my wet hair. I even use it after I straighten my hair to apply it to the ends for a very sharp straight look. I put my hair through a lot. I color it, and straighten it all the time at very high temperatures. But, overall my hair is pretty thick and healthy.

If you want to go the safe route then you can always look online for actual Hair Perfume. They do sell it and have lots of different stuff on the market. Just depending on what you want your hair to smell like.

If your wondering what kind of perfume this is, it is "Viva La Juicy by Juicy Couture". This stuff smells SOOOOO GOOOODDD!!!  It's about $90.00 for 3.4 oz.  One of my favorite perfumes! (So you can imagine why I would only want to use this to spray in my beautiful locks of hair). Check out the other Viva La Juicy Products. And my nail polish in the picture above is one of my new ones I just bought by Essie called Mink Muffs. Its a very pretty brown color and I just added some gold glitter to the top of on one of my nails for a fall look. Check out some of Essie's nail polish colors on their website.

I really like perfume that has a sweet candy smell to it. Cotton Candy is another one of my favorites, so naturally I spray this in my hair once in a while too.
