All of our nail polishes are mixed by hand by me and my daughter and are 3 Free.They do not contain Formaldehyde, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), or Toluene. Each bottle of nail polish includes 2 stainless steel balls for easier mixing. 

All of our nail polishes are considered glitter toppers which is a clear based glitter polish that is to be worn over another base color.

Blue Shreds, Black Stars and Silver Slices fill this 15ml bottle. Apply over a base coat and finish it off with a clear coat for a smooth look. The picture shows "Knockout" painted over blue polish except on the third nail from left to right where it's worn alone with three coats.

Handmade Custom Blended Glitter Nail Polish "Glitzy Goo" Fingernail Polish Lacquer

This is our "Glitzy Goo" glitter nail polish. This is a turquoise colored glitter. However it looks like light blue to me kind of. Looks really pretty over white polish. This is a top coat only and looks best over a nail color but you can layer it up and wear it alone. As with all glitter nail polishes just be patient when removing.

 I added the "Glitzy Goo" over some red polish and you couldn't see it real well. The red really drowned it out and killed the glitter. The white polish really made the glitter show up. The last nail was black nail polish and it looked cute.

"Cry Baby" Blue Glitter Nail Polish Custom Blended By Glitter Lambs

 This is our newest custom made glitter lacquer nail polish in "CRY BABY". This is a pretty light blue filled with tons of shiny glitter! The more glitter you add the more it will sparkle. Hope you like glitter cause that is what your gonna get with this!

I tried to capture a picture but it's really hard to take a picture of glitter. The glitter turns pink in the light for some odd reason and it took forever just get these pictures took. I need an upgrade on my camera I think. 

 Here is the picture I am talking about where the glitter looked pink. The glitter does NOT have any pink in it. However, I guess you get an almost holographic different colored look in the sun.

I painted the first nail with top coat of the "CRY BABY" glitter nail polish. 

This one was a bare nail with no fingernail polish on it.  

The second nail was painted in a deep blue color with a coat of the "Cry Baby" on top of it. 

The third nail actually had white polish painted on it, but you can't really tell it from the picture.

The fourth nail has 3 coats of the "Cry Baby" on it. 

The fifth nail has a black polish with one coat of "Cry Baby" and the last nail has a light blue color with one coat of "Cry Baby" on it. 

Really wish the pictures were a little more clear. Sorry...

Here is my poka a dot nail polish lacquer I made. It's called "Harvest Festival". I painted my nails in a brown color first then I topped it off with the custom made glitter top coat I made.  So pretty for fall! I just adore the little poka a dots over this brown. The colored dots really stand out on the Essie Nail Polish "Mink Muffs" base color. 

What's in my Nail Polish Ingredients?????

• N-Butyl Acetate
• Ethyl Acetate
• Nitrocellulose
• Isopropyl Alcohol
• Free of Toluene, Formaldehyde, and Dibutyl Phthalate

 I thought I would try making a pretty blue glitter fingernail polish and it worked pretty good!

What I used:

 WET N WILD 

Wild Shine Bijou Blue Nail Color

 Nail Art Aqua Hologram Hearts 

Nail Art Sprinkles

Blue Hearts-Aqua 380504

Super Nail Blue Ice 239851

Glitter

 Sally Girl Sparkle Effects Loose Glitter

Blue Lagoon Glitter

Clear Nail Protector

 I took the blue hearts and dumped some of those into the clear nail polish protector. You might be wondering how I got them in the bottle. Well, I just used a frosting tip that I had. I just stuck that down in the bottle and dumped the little hearts. You can add as many hearts as you want. I did about a pinch worth.

 Next I added some Sally Girl Sparkle Effects blue glitter. I did about 2 1/2 teaspoons. You can always add a much as you want.

 Next I added some SuperNail Blue Ice Glitter. Once again I did about 2 1/2 teaspoons. You can add more or less.

 Here is the blue glitter top coat nail polish. This is a top coat only. Now on to the nail polish.

I took the Wet N Wild Wild Shine Bijou Blue Nail Polish and added some SuperNail Blue Ice Glitter to that. About 1/2 teaspoon.

 Next I added about 1/2 teaspoon of Sally Girl Sparkle Effects blue glitter. And that's it. All done!

 Now let's test it to what it looks like.

 Here is the picture of the fingernail polish (left bottle in pic) and top coat (right bottle in pic).

Very pretty colors!

 Here is an up close picture of the fingernail polish and top coat. The one with the hearts was the top coat only. This makes the most beautiful blue glitter nail polish I have seen. This is a lot of work and it would be easier to just buy blue glitter nail polish but it's also fun to play around and see what you can come up with as well. 

However.... by making nail polish this way....the glitter will sink to the bottom and will not stay suspended in the bottle. :(

If you are looking to make your very own real nail polish that will actually suspend the glitter then you will need to go online and buy what they call "Suspension Base". And you can't just dump any glitter you want into nail polish, it has to be "Solvent Resistant Glitter". If you use glitter that is not solvent resistant then it will lose it's color or bleed into the polish. 

If you want to make a colored nail polish that has color to it then try using a matte suspension base and adding colored mica to that along with some pretty solvent resistant glitter or shapes. If you are looking to buy mica to add to your nail polish try TKB Trading. They have tons of different options of pretty colored mica. This goes for making makeup and eyeshadows too.

We make our own nail polishes and don't do it the way I just showed you above. This post was just for fun and for those that don't have suspension base, solvent resistant glitter, and mica at home.
