Garbage Pail: a clear base filled with tons of glitter like neon pink hearts, white shreds, white holographic glitter, black hex, pink hex, purple, grey hex, and glow in the dark juice!! 

This polish will glow in the dark! Just expose your nails to light and then turn out the lights to see the glow! 

This bottle is 15ml. 

Just apply 1-2 coats of this glitter topper over another nail polish color. This is a glitter topper polish that is to be applied over a base color.

Some settling of the larger glitters may occur. To fix that just turn the bottle upside down and shake it really good to disperse the larger glitters. Or turn upside down and sit it down on a table for a little bit and this will cause all the larger glitters to come to the top.

Two steel balls are included in each polish for easier mixing.
