Black Diamond Dust: a clear base glitter topper filled with tiny black hex glitter and different sizes of gold holographic hex and squares.
This is a STUNNING GLITTER TOPPER!!! This just makes me think CLASSY!!!!
This bottle is 15ml. Apply 1-3 coats of the "Black Diamond Dust" over another color and then finish it off with a clear coat for a smooth look.
